Shipping Policies:

     1.  We ship UPS Ground only within the continental United States.  

    2.  Due to recent rule changes by UPS, there will be a charge of  $10.00 to the customer for refused items returned.

     3.  Bonsai Tree orders are shipped 3 - 4 days after placement of order Monday thru Friday via UPS Ground. Bonsai Trees returned within one week of receipt will be replaced, exchanged or refunded.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, in addition there is a UPS of $10 return fee. 

       4.  Crystal Collectibles are shipped UPS for the stated amount listed for that product 2 - 3 days after order placement, Monday thru Friday.  Returns accepted only for manufacturer's defect.  No returns will be granted because the item color does not match the color on the monitor or because an item differs by 3 mm. or less in either dimension.  All returns must be approved.  If item is damaged during shipment to you should file a claim with the shipper.  The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and an additional UPS $10 return fee, unless we are at fault.  A restocking fee of 30% will be assessed. 

         5.  Table Top Fountains are shipped UPS ground 3 - 4 days after order placement, Monday - Friday.  A 20% restocking fee will be charged.  Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, plus an additional UPS $10 return fee.
